About this session
The conference begins with registration and a welcome reception on Thursday evening, July 20. Most participants will arrive in Calgary on that day. The main conference events and panels take place over July 21-22.

Where should I stay? We have a limited number of rooms reserved on campus at the International House (169 University Gate NW, Calgary, AB T2N 1N4). The room type reseved is for "Standard Single Room" with a base rate of $89 CAD (est. $67 USD). Click here for online reservations. Please select the BOOK YOUR STAY tab, enter Booking Code NASIH23 and Apply Code in order to book these special rates. Payment for first night room and tax is required to confirm the reservation. More information about booking with the International House is available within the Conference Group page. Recommendations for other lodging options are forthcoming, and will be posted in the Conference Group.
What does registration include? Registration includes access to the conference and daytime refreshments (coffee, lunch). It also includes access to our online Conference Group hosted on our website. Registrants will be invited to "join" this group immediately after purchasing their ticket. The group serves as the centralized location for speakers and attendees to view updates and notices that may be sent from time to time via email correspondence. As a member of the Conference Group you will also be able to post questions and comments to the NASIH Board and fellow conference attendees.
Is a program available? Yes! It is available here and for registered participants within the Conference Group section of the website.

This is an optional donation to help subside the costs for graduate students attending the conference. You do not have to attend the conference to provide this donation. However, if you are attending the conference you can add this donation to your order at the time of registration. This donation alone does not grant access to the conference.

Table in "Publisher's Alley"
This ticket is NOT for Conference presenters. This ticket is for registering a table to present your publishing house or specific journals, books, and manuscripts. In addition to the table, cost includes notice in our Conference Schedule and addition to our "virtual" exhibit hall that all NASIH members will be able to access. With this purchase you may attend any presentation.
